ToE Inc. — Open Positions

You won't be studying.
You'll be building.
From day one.

No experience? That's fine. We train you from zero.
What we need is the drive to keep getting better — every single day.

In two years,
other companies will wish
they hired you first.

The engineers who grow the fastest aren't the ones who studied the longest. They're the ones who started shipping real code early — and never stopped.

At ToE, your first project is a real client project. Your first system goes into production. Your first bug fix matters to a real business.

That's how you become a real engineer. Not by waiting for permission — by building.

01

Ship on day one.

After training, you're on a real client project. No sandbox. No simulations. Real databases, real logic, real users.

02

Every project is a new challenge.

We build custom systems — not the same product over and over. Each client has different problems. Your skills keep expanding.

03

You become someone teams rely on.

The systems you build run businesses for years. That kind of work builds engineers who are genuinely hard to replace.

What you'll build

Databases. Logic. AI. APIs.
The real stack.

Not tutorials. Not toy projects. Systems that run real operations for real companies.

FileMaker

Business system development

Design and build custom database systems from scratch — data structures, logic, workflows, user interfaces. You own it end to end.

Bubble

Web application development

Build full web apps for clients — from data models to the UI people interact with every day.

AI

AI integration

Connect AI to real operations — document OCR, automated data extraction, ChatGPT workflows embedded in live systems.

Integration

API connectivity

Wire external services, government APIs, payment systems, and internal tools so everything talks to everything.

Systems you'll ship — real examples:

Visa and residence status tracking system with automated expiry alerts

Document digitization with AI-powered OCR and auto data extraction

Client-facing portals and custom reporting dashboards

Internal knowledge management and team operations tools

Certification training program management systems

Contract and payroll management for international companies

Your path

Zero experience.
This is where you start.

We built a training path specifically for people who've never worked as engineers before. You start learning from wherever you are right now.

01

Start from home

Online training — before you relocate

You start learning before you move anywhere. Our online training covers the foundations of the platforms we build on — at a structured pace, with real support.

FileMaker & Bubble development fundamentals

Database design and system architecture basics

Reading and writing real business logic

Japanese language support resources

02

In the office

Real projects, real mentoring, real growth

Once you're working with us, the training doesn't stop — it just gets real. You'll be on live client projects, supported by mentoring and regular internal knowledge sessions.

Live client projects from your first week

1-on-1 mentoring from senior engineers

Internal knowledge-sharing sessions every week

How you grow

Junior → Associate → Senior

Junior

Get comfortable with real client work. Build foundations. Ship your first systems. Earn your first certification.

Associate

Own projects end to end. Lead requirements, design systems, and deliver independently.

Senior

Lead projects and people. Set technical direction. Mentor the next generation.

One rule

Be better than
who we already have.

No degree. No specific years of experience. No nationality filter.
If you're sharper, more driven, or more curious than anyone currently on the team — that's what we're looking for. That's the only way we keep getting better.
