Business system development
Design and build custom database systems from scratch — data structures, logic, workflows, user interfaces. You own it end to end.
Web application development
Build full web apps for clients — from data models to the UI people interact with every day.
AI integration
Connect AI to real operations — document OCR, automated data extraction, ChatGPT workflows embedded in live systems.
API connectivity
Wire external services, government APIs, payment systems, and internal tools so everything talks to everything.
Systems you'll ship — real examples:

Design and build business database systems from scratch. You'll touch every layer — data architecture, workflow logic, UI, and AI connections.
Engineer
Web App Engineer
Build full web applications — data models, API connections, and UI that clients actually use every day. Full ownership from spec to production.
How you grow
Junior → Associate → Senior
Junior
Get comfortable with real client work. Build foundations. Ship your first systems. Earn your first certification.
Associate
Own projects end to end. Lead requirements, design systems, and deliver independently.
Senior
Lead projects and people. Set technical direction. Mentor the next generation.
